Born and raised in Los Angeles, Page has spent more than two decades in real estate, renovation and entrepreneurship. Her career began with an early front-row view of business and brand building while working with Earvin "Magic" Johnson, then expanded into her own real-estate businesses across multiple markets. She became known for understanding both sides of a property decision: what a home can become and what the numbers require it to be.

Page also built that career while raising three daughters as a single mother. The Great Recession tested nearly every part of the blueprint, but it also sharpened the qualities that still define her work today - resilience, resourcefulness, disciplined execution and the ability to pivot without losing the vision.

Television arrived later than the traditional Hollywood timeline - and right on time for Page. She made her HGTV debut on Flip or Flop Nashville, went on to create, host and executive produce Fix My Flip, competed alongside contractor Mitch Glew on Rock the Block, and appeared across multiple HGTV franchises. Today she is the co-host and designer of Love It or List It opposite longtime real estate expert David Visentin, bringing a fresh point of view to one of HGTV's most enduring series.

Beyond television, Page remains deeply connected to real estate, business strategy, storytelling and speaking. She is the author of The G.O. Life - Seize Your Greatest Opportunity!, a philosophy rooted in faith, preparation, action and the belief that opportunity becomes powerful when you are prepared to meet it.

Whether she is redesigning a home, developing a television concept, negotiating a deal or standing on a stage, Page's point of view is consistent: vision matters, but execution changes lives.
